Salem, Oregon — (December 1, 2022) Yamasa Corporation U.S.A. will be exhibiting at the 2023 Winter Fancy Food Show, January 15-17, at the Las Vegas Convention Center, Las Vegas, NV. Yamasa Corporation U.S.A. will showcase its new line of Plant-Based, Non-GMO, Japanese-Inspired Cooking Sauces, Artisanal Crafted Ramen Broths, and Authentically Brewed Shoyu (Japanese Soy Sauce) in Booth #1729, West Hall.

“We are delighted to return to Las Vegas for the 2023 Winter Fancy Food Show in the larger West Hall, and excited to have Yamasa Corporation U.S.A. exhibiting,” said Bill Lynch, president, Specialty Food Association.  “The $170.4 billion specialty food industry continues to grow, and I look forward to seeing our members and tasting their fantastic products.”

The largest West Coast B2B-only specialty food industry show, it will feature sampling of specialty foods and beverages from around the world; education programming; hot trends from the SFA Trendspotter Panel 2023 Predictions; showcases; category-focused pavilions, NEW NOW NEXT Pavilion; Leadership Awards; international and national pavilions, and 2022 sofi™ Awards winners.
