VDMA Technology Days
Under the theme “Research meets Industry”, VDMA Machine Vision and Messe Stuttgart has organized a joint stand (8E51) for universities, research institutes and start-ups. This gives young companies and research projects with high application and market potential the opportunity to present themselves at a trade fair for machine vision, as well as to enter into a direct exchange with representatives from research and industry.
BMWK Joint Stand
Newcomers to the machine vision industry will be presenting themselves at the joint stand of the Federal Ministry for Economic Affairs and Energy (BMWK): young companies with a pioneering spirit, new ideas and unusual solutions.
IPC 4 Vision
What new developments are there in the field of industrial PCs (IPCs)? How can you use image processing efficiently? Located in Hall 8, IPC 4 VISION provides answers to these questions. At the joint stand, visitors can find companies that are active in the field of IPCs. In the exhibitor index, you will find all exhibiting companies of the IPC 4 VISION joint stand. The Industrial VISION Days are where visitors can learn about visionary topics from the machine vision industry. The forum is organized by VDMA Machine Vision together with Landesmesse Stuttgart. Scientific Vision Days
The SCIENTIFIC VISION DAYS are the established lecture series of the AIT Austrian Institute of Technology and its partners at VISION. Experts from science and applied research present cutting-edge technologies in the field of machine vision. This year’s topics include 3D Vision, High Speed Imaging, Inline Computational Imaging, Deep Learning, and the testing of machine vision systems.
International Machine Vision Standards
Whether it is CameraLink, CoaXPress, CameraLink HS, GigE-Vision or USB 3 – every interface has its own strengths. The challenge lies in finding the right product with the optimal data interface for a specific application. “International Machine Vision Standards” makes it possible to keep the overview. The special show will be organized by the European Machine Vision Association (EMVA). Through cooperation with the associations A3 (North America), CMVU (China), JIIA (Japan) and VDMA (Germany), trade fair visitors will get an global insight into the world of machine vision standards.
Across three events, VISION will present the latest machine vision technologies and show you the solutions that machine vision can provide for your industry. The VISION Award is traditionally presented at VISION. With this award, a top-class jury honors the best innovation from the field of machine vision. The award comes with prize money of 3,000 euros.
VISION Start-up World
The Start-up World at VISION offers innovative start-ups from areas such as image processing and computer vision the chance to present their innovations to the industry – from the latest camera technologies, software from the field of artificial intelligence or deep learning to exciting image processing systems.
